Soup: recipe with meatballs

Necessary ingredients:

  8. In the future soup we put potatoes. Once the liquid boils again, add the washed millet and meatballs. Solim. Sprinkle the broth with spices. Cook boiled soup for another 15 minutes.

At the very end, add the bay leaf. Then we pour the dish on plates, having spooned with sour cream. You can also decorate the soup with chopped herbs. We wish everyone a pleasant appetite!

Recipe for mashed soup with chicken

Grocery list:

  • One onion;
  • 3 liters of water;
  • Laurel - a pair of sheets;
  • 250 grams of potatoes;
  • Average carrots;
  • 100 grams of millet;

  • Half a kilogram of chicken (for example, wings);
  • spice;
  • A little vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. The meat is washed in running water. We took wings. They must be cut into joints in 3 parts. Extreme phalanges can be cleaned in the refrigerator. And send the large pieces into a deep saucepan. Pour in the above amount of water. We put on the stove, switching on a strong fire. What's next? As soon as the liquid begins to boil, reduce to a minimum. We record 50 minutes.   2. Peeled potatoes are crushed in cubes. Carrot shred on a special grater. Also it is necessary to sort the millet and rinse it.
  3. So, the chicken meat was cooked. Now we add to it the wheat. Stirring. After 5 minutes we send a saucepan consisting of onions and carrots into a pan. Put the bay leaf. Solim. Sprinkle with spices. How long will the soup cook? Approximately 15 minutes. Then turn off the fire. Close the pan with a lid. Our dish should be stuck for a few minutes.

After that, we serve a soup with chicken and chicken. This recipe provides for the use of greenery as an ornament. Coriander, parsley and dill will do. Chicken wings can be replaced by shins or hips.

Dietary option

Ingredients:

  • two eggs;
  • Average carrots;
