You can also offer them cream soup with white mushrooms. For two servings you will need 400 grams of fresh white mushrooms, one and a half glasses of chicken broth, butter (4 tablespoons), a glass of fatty cream, a half-pint of parsley, one onion and ground white pepper and salt.

Rinse the mushrooms, put aside 16 pieces, cut off from the legs and hats. Cut the remaining mushrooms finely, chop the onions into cubes. Now it needs to be fried in butter in a deep frying pan until golden. After that, add the same mushrooms, after a couple of minutes - pour in the chicken broth. Then you should grind the soup with a blender or rub it through a sieve. The resulting mass is returned to the pan and boiled further, bringing to a boil. Add the cream. Soup should be served on the table, filling it with parsley with pieces of mushrooms, set aside at the beginning of cooking. Only them with greens should be fried a little in butter.
