"Gaza Strip" - a group that made a significant contribution to the development of domestic rock music. Our hero today is the founder and the permanent leader of this collective - Yuri Klinskikh, better known as Yura Khoy. Biography: childhood and adolescence

Yuri Klinsky was born in 1964 (July 27) in Voronezh. In what kind of family was the future idol of millions of people brought up? His father, Nikolai Mitrofanovich, graduated with a degree in engineering. For many years the man worked at the Voronezh Aviation Plant. Yuri's mother, Maria Kuzminichna, was a public catering worker.

Yura grew up an active and inquisitive child. In 1971 he went to first grade. He always had problems with behavior and achievement. Parents often had to blush for their offspring.

Yura graduated from high school with one "four" in the certificate. On the other subjects he had "troika", even singing and physical culture.

Love of music and other talents

The main defenders of Jura were two older brothers. It was they who instilled in him the love of music. In the house Klinskih often sounded songs in the style of rock'n'roll. All three brothers were fans of such foreign bands as The Beatles and Deep Purple. First they bought plates, and then switched to bobbins.

My father also contributed to the creative development of his youngest son. He taught Yura to poetry. For the summer the boy went to the village to his grandparents. There he began to write poetry. Another source of his inspiration was horror films. It is not only about foreign paintings, but also about Soviet paintings. For example, Yuri liked the film "Wii".

Being a schoolboy, Klinsky Jr. learned to play the guitar. The lack of musical education did not prevent him from composing and performing dozens of songs.

Military service

After receiving the certificate, Yura did not hurry to enter a technical school or vocational school. He knew that he would be taken into the army and was ready for it. The guy managed to break up in DOSAAF. He was given a driver's license for ZIL-130. And so the agenda came in the army. The younger representative of the Klinsky family was sent to the Far East. He was a driver-mechanic in tank troops. My mother often sent him letters, but it was not always possible to answer her in time.

Adulthood

In 1984, our hero returned to the "citizen". Yuri was not going to sit around his parents' neck . He got a job at the traffic police. The car inspector turned out to be strict and fair. Only here the salary was not high. Therefore, a year later, Yura went to work in extra-departmental security. Although there the guy did not stay long. In subsequent years he mastered such professions as loader, milling machine operator and CNC machine operator. Soon our hero realized that his main vocation was the stage.

Musical career

In 1987, a rock club was opened in Voronezh. One of its first visitors was Yuri Klinskikh. On the stage of this institution, he sang songs of his own composition. The local audience accepted his speeches with a cheer.

"Gas Sector" is a group that was formed in December 1987. The idea of creating a rock band belonged to Yuri Klinsky. It was he who led the team. When the musical materials were prepared, the first performances of the band called "Gaza Strip" began. The band's composition at that time was quintet-bass guitarists Semyon Titievsky and Misha Fink, drummer Kryuchkov Oleg, guitarist Tupikin Sergey and our hero. During the speeches, Yuri Klinsky, who was the soloist, the author of words and music, often shouted "Hoi!". So this nickname stuck to him.

Initially, the musicians from the "Gaza Strip" acted as the opening act for such Voronezh groups as "Children", "Civil Defense" and "Sounds of Mu". But soon they had their own army of fans.

On what all-Russian fame is, Yuri Khoy and his friends learned in 1990. It happened after the release of the albums "Evil Dead" and "Yadrena Vosh". The entire circulation of records was sold out in a few weeks.

During its existence the group "Gaza Strip" released 15 studio albums, shot 8 clips and gave hundreds of concerts all over Russia. Also, four books were published, dedicated to the permanent leader of this rock band.

Personal life

The soloist of the "Gaza Strip" has never complained about the lack of female attention. Already in high school, he was followed by girls. And after he created his group, the number of his fans increased at times.

With his future wife Galina, the musician met before the army. A nice and modest girl immediately liked Yuri. He did everything possible to achieve its location. In the mid-1980s, lovers played a wedding. The celebration turned out to be modest. But the eyes of the bride and groom glowed with happiness.

In August 1986, Yura and Galya became parents for the first time. Their daughter Irina was born. The young father did not like the soul in a crumb. And in January 1995 the Klinsky family had another replenishment. The second daughter was born. The girl received a beautiful name Lilia. Many considered Yuri an exemplary family man. However, he, like most men, had his own sins.

In 1991, during a tour in Moscow, the soloist of "Gaza Strip" met an attractive blonde Olga Samarina. With her, he met the last years of his life. Galina's wife knew about the existence of a mistress. She wanted to save her family, so she did not like scandals and jealousy scenes.

Yuri Klinskikh: the cause of death

Our hero was building grandiose plans for further life and creativity. Unfortunately, they were not destined to materialize. On July 4, 2000, Yuri Khoy left this world. His lifeless body was found in one of the private houses on the street. Barnaul in Voronezh.

On this day, the soloist of "Gaza Strip" was to go to shoot another clip. But something went wrong. For unknown reasons, the rock musician changed his plans. He was on a visit to unfamiliar citizens. He felt sick. The people in the house called an ambulance. But the doctors arrived too late.
