  10. This category includes: cabbage, garlic, eggplant, onion, Bulgarian pepper, greens and green vegetables. These are the safest and easily digestible products. Combine with almost everything, you can use them separately.
  11. Carrot, pumpkin, zucchini, cauliflower, horseradish - starchy vegetables. It is undesirable to use them with sugar. The remaining combinations are possible and permissible.
