Preventing stress. Some important tips for strengthening your inner fortress.

Today, everyone knows first-hand what stress is. We work hard, rest a little and, in addition, we destroy the already weak organism with our harmful habits: alcohol, cigarettes, drugs. Even excessive consumption of food easily leads us to an unpleasant and unbearable feeling of dissatisfaction.

So, prevention of stress. There are many tips on this topic, both in the literature and on the Internet. They are all of the same type and do not carry anything new in themselves. First of all, of course, it's worth changing your usual schedule. Beat yourself out of the rut of monotonous days, full of worries. A little bit change the order of the performance of their duties, a little livelier perceive the new and unusual. Describe your specific list of cases for the day, and you will see that many of the tasks are not so difficult to solve, and some are not worth your attention.

At the slightest hint of stress - stop. Look around you, take a few deep breaths and exhalations. You will feel how a heartbeat slows down, your head clears up and it becomes much easier to assess the situation.

To always feel in great shape, you need to include in your life a sport. It can be a dance, a gym or aerobics classes, a swimming pool or even an ordinary tennis court (stress prevention is sometimes a very pleasant thing!).

Try to get enough sleep. Stop staying up late in front of the computer and the TV - it negatively affects the morning feeling, hence the sluggishness, bad mood and laziness. Read the book before you go to bed - it's not only useful, but also a pleasant pastime.

If you smoke, you should reconsider your attitude to cigarettes. Prevention of stress almost completely eliminates this unpleasant even for the person's dependence. Remember that giving up nicotine is easier than it seems at first glance. Think about your health, about the health of people close to you and about the future generation - they do not deserve the problems that arise due to tobacco smoke.

Another practical advice in such an area as the prevention of neuroses is self-love. Not an uncontrollable narcissistic daily self-admiration, but a sober assessment of one's positive qualities. Believe that you have something to be proud of.

If the prevention of stress tightly entered your life, find time for friends and acquaintances! After all, you know that true friendship is both responsibility, care, and regular attention to people. Be sure that they will respond in kind.

And, perhaps, the most important thing: think positively. There are a lot of people in the world, and each of them has its own problems: small, big, just huge. Whoever said anything, but the thoughts are still material. Excellent prevention of stress - the ability to rejoice in what is. If positive thinking does not add up, there are several recipes:

1. Be absolutely calm. Breathe smoothly and without jumps.

2. Repeat to yourself that all problems are solved. Sooner or later, there is a way out of the situation.

3. Show flexibility in relation to the outside world, adjust a little to its conditions.

4. Try to skillfully distribute your time. Do not tackle several tasks at once, otherwise it is fraught with unpleasant consequences.

5. If stress is on the way, take a rest. A short productive holiday (remember that a change of activity is also a holiday!) Will not interfere with your business, but on the contrary, will only force you to overcome the obstacle with new strength.

Stress prevention is a very interesting process that helps to make life much easier. Even if you are incredibly flexible and unresponsive, even if your peace of mind is enough for the entire work collective, while still you remain a person who has his own inner world, and this world is better maintained in order and harmony.
