Trout with potatoes in the oven

Cheese - 250 g;

Mayonnaise;

First, you need to peel the potatoes and cut into rings, and the onions are semi-rings. Cut the trout into slices. Then turn on the oven so it warms up to 200 degrees. At this time, pieces of trout salt and add spices. After that, sprinkle with lemon juice. On a baking sheet, greased with oil, we spread potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

If for cooking you use trout fillets, then lay the pieces on top of the potatoes. And if the whole fish, then you need to remove the bones from it, and you can leave the skin. We sprinkle all the above on the semicircles of onions. Parsley is cut large and sprinkled on top. Then spread the grated cheese and grease everything with mayonnaise.
