Tasty potato sticks with cheese: recipe

Required products:

  • Potato tubers fresh small - 6 pcs .;
  • Cheese of a solid variety (preferably Dutch or Russian) - 200 g;
  • Chicken egg large - 2 pcs .;
  • Wheat flour or corn flour - 2 large full spoons;
  • Bread crumbs - 110 g;
  • Salt iodized - add to taste;
  • Sweet pepper black - a few pinch;
  • Dill and parsley freshly cut - 1 bunch;
  • Refined sunflower oil - 180 ml (for roasting dishes).
