Pork under the fur coat

Although it is commonly believed that pork is very fatty meat, in fact it is not entirely true. It is absorbed easily enough (lamb is easier), but is useful in that it contains a large number of B and protein vitamins. However, one must understand that pork needs careful treatment and can cause allergy due to the content of histamines. You can not and abuse pork, the recommended dose per day - no more than 200 g.

There is a very large number of dishes that can be made from pork. One of the most delicious is pork under a fur coat, which we will talk about in this article.

Pork under a fur coat with potatoes

This dish can be prepared as the first, it is very nutritious and is prepared quite simply. 700 g of pork cut into pieces and beat off (not very strong). 4-5 potatoes and 2 pcs. Medium-sized carrots are cleaned and three on a grater, onions (3 pieces) are cut into half rings and fried in oil (preferably olive) along with carrots. 400 g of mushrooms (you can take any, but better white) cut and fry. 3 chopped garlic finely chopped, 3 tomatoes cut into rings.

We cover the baking tray with paper and layers, laying on it all the ingredients: meat, onions with garlic, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, tomatoes. Fill with mayonnaise and fall asleep with shabby cheese. After baking, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Pork under a fur coat with mustard

This recipe for lovers of sharp. Pork is cut into portions and beaten. Each slice is coated with mustard and left for a day for an hour. Then fry in a frying pan and put it on a baking tray. 1 onion and a couple of tomatoes cut into rings. On pieces of meat we put on a ring of a tomato and an onion, we smear mayonnaise and plentifully fall asleep with the shabby cheese (it is required about 200 g). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Pork under a fur coat with sour cream

This dish can be prepared with mayonnaise, but the pork is thicker with mayonnaise, so if you want something more pale, then take sour cream.

So, take 800 g of pork and cut into 8 pieces, beat off, add salt and pepper to taste and put it on a baking tray. The top part of the meat is abundantly smeared with sour cream (about 400 g). 6 heads of onions cut into rings and put on top. On top of the onion we make a "mesh" of sour cream. 5 carrots three on a grater and put on onions. Again we do sour cream. Then 20 minutes bake, sprinkle with grated cheese (about 300 g) and put in the oven for another 30 minutes.

Pork under a fur coat: a recipe with pineapple

900 g of pork neck cut into pieces and put on a greased baking sheet, salt, sprinkle with pork seasoning. 4 potatoes are cooked in a "uniform", rubbed on a grater and put on top of meat. Pancakes of pineapple crushed, mixed with 200 g of shabby cheese and mayonnaise and put on potatoes. Cook for about an hour.

Pork with mushrooms under a fur coat

Before half-cooking, fry 300 g of mushrooms. Pork (0,5 kg) cut into thin slices and lightly fry. Then add 2 chopped onions, 2 spoons of hot ketchup, 3 garlic cloves, mushrooms, 1 spoonful of mayonnaise and stir-fry for another 10 minutes.

4 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers cut into rings and put on top, then lay out a layer of 2 apples, also cut into thin mugs. Close the frying pan with a lid and fry for another 10 minutes.

Pork under a fur coat with prunes

One and a half kg of pork (loin), cut into pieces and put in a mold. On top, place prunes (300 g) and pour a mixture of mayonnaise (3 tablespoons), mustard (2 tablespoons) and salt. Cover with foil and marinate for 3 hours. Then 40 min. Bake in foil, and then another 20 - without it, to make a crust.

Pork under a fur coat with eggplant

Kilograms of pork must be cut into small pieces (2x3 cm) and fried. Separately fry the cut into rings 3 bulbs, 3 eggplant slices cut into circles (do not forget to soak them for 30 minutes in salted water), 1 carrot and 1 sweet pepper. Add a small beetroot and grate it.

Put pork on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Place vegetables on top, laying out a little on each layer. The last layer should be beet, and then mayonnaise. Add a little water to make the dish juicy, and top it off well with mayonnaise.
