Pizza dough

For sure everyone loves this dish, but not everyone can prepare a dough for pizza, although there is nothing difficult in cooking. There are a lot of recipes, but I selected the most delicious of them, which I personally checked myself.

Recipe 1 - Italian dough for pizza . This recipe is the simplest and probably the most correct one. For cooking, we need 300 grams of wheat flour, a spoonful of salt, 10 grams of yeast (any, dry or pressed), 200 ml of warm water, a couple spoons of olive oil. Salt, flour and yeast combine, pour in water and oil, mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then we spread it on the table, previously sprinkled with flour, and we knead for 2-3 minutes. Then we put it in a bowl and put it in a warm place to make it fit. The finished dough should increase in volume at least twice. After again knead it properly, roll it to the desired size, cover with filling and bake. That's all, the pizza dough turned out excellent. Try it and see for yourself.

Recipe 2 - dough for pizza without yeast, on sour cream. We will need 900 grams of flour, 50 grams of sour cream (I take fat, 20%), 150 grams of butter or cream margarine, 2 eggs, hydrated soda, salt and sugar to taste. Oil a little melt, put out soda in sour cream. Eggs beat up with salt and sugar, combine with melted butter and sour cream. We add the flour in small portions and knead the elastic dough. Cover the dough with a napkin and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then roll out the layer of the desired diameter, cover it with stuffing and bake it. Such dough is quickly prepared and does not require special efforts and costs.

Recipe 3 - cottage cheese dough for pizza. For this recipe, we need the following ingredients: 300 grams of flour, half a cottage cheese (you can use any, I take a high-fat, 9%), 50 ml kefir or milk, 1 egg, a couple spoons of vegetable oil, a bag of baking powder, a pinch of salt.

We sift the flour so that it becomes loose and saturated with oxygen. Curd, kefir, egg and salt, grind to a homogeneous mass, add butter and baking powder, mix everything. We connect with flour and knead the dough. It should not be dense. Cover with a napkin and let the dough stand for half an hour, so that it ripens. Then roll out and bake pizza. This dough differs from the previous ones in that it turns out to be very delicate and quickly bake.

Recipe 4 - puff pastry for pizza. This recipe makes the pizza crispy, but cooking this kind of dough takes a lot of time and effort, so not every hostess will decide on the preparation of puff pastry. Although, if at least once it is cooked, next time the process no longer seems so laborious. So, we need 300 grams of flour, half a glass of ice water, a packet of butter, 1 yolk, salt. Oil remove to the side, and the remaining ingredients, combine and knead the dough. Take it to the refrigerator for an hour. Run the oil a little, you will get a square. Then, too, put it in the refrigerator. When the butter and dough are completely frozen, remove them. Roll the dough, center the oil, select the edges in the form of an envelope, protect it so that it does not break. Then add the dough in half and roll it out again. So repeat 3 more times to get it as flat as possible. That's all, the puff pastry is ready. From it you can bake not only pizza, but also pies, puffs, cakes.

By the above recipes, you can easily prepare a dough for pizza. Each recipe is good in its own way, and each housewife can choose the most suitable recipe for it. Of course, if there is absolutely no time to prepare the test, you can buy it at any store, there is no problem with it today. But still, the dough prepared at home by own hands, it turns out much tastier. So bake pizza for health! Have a nice appetite!
