Settings

In the main window of the program are the main indicators on which the computer works:

  • Period of injection of gas and petrol injectors.

On not adjusted gas equipment in time, the control unit will fully simulate the operation of the gasoline injectors, which will give an error on the on-board computer. Calibration

At idle, the gas is turned off. The gas ECU measures and remembers the operation parameters of the petrol injectors. Then the work of one petrol injector is replaced by the functioning of the gas injector. Gradually, all gas injectors are turned on.

By alternately increasing and decreasing the injection time of the gas injectors, it is necessary to bring the exhaust to normal (conversion factor). To obtain the value of the gas injection time, this coefficient is multiplied by the gasoline injection time.

After calibration, the machine automatically switches to gasoline. You need to drive through it to check the settings.

Adjusting the graphs

After self-tuning of the HBO for 4 generations, it is better not to remove the gasoline card. The car will go to gas after checking. If the card is removed, it will have to travel temporarily on gasoline, changing the load on the engine and the revolutions, until the system makes a new card.

After a trial trip, it is recommended to save the settings log. This will allow you to view data about the operation of the equipment and, possibly, to find errors.

If the schedules of gasoline and gas injectors diverge, then a 4-generation HBO card setup is necessary. Adjustment of injection of fuel

First, we warm up the car to the operating temperature of the gearbox. Switch to gasoline and for five minutes we observe the injection indicators of petrol injectors. We turn on the gas again, but we continue to observe the gasoline indicators. If the number has increased, it means a poor mixture, if decreased - enriched.

You can change this state by adjusting the orange line of the graph: if the mixture is poor - raise the line by two clicks, if the mixture is excessively enriched - lower it.

The adjustment of the gas-cylinder equipment on the car is finished. If the system GBO works without interruptions: the switching between the injectors occurs in time and smoothly, the engine does not trip, has a good dynamics - this means that the settings were carried out correctly. Adjusting the gas regulator of HBO

Reducer is an essential element in the design of gas equipment. With its help, the pressure of the gas entering the cylinder is regulated. With stable gas consumption, the gearbox keeps the pressure at the same level, although with a sharp increase in the flow rate, the pressure may decrease, but insignificantly.

Adjustment of the gearbox is necessary when installing new equipment. And after 100 000 km it is worthwhile to re-conduct its diagnostics and correct it.

The correct operation of the HBO depends not only on the quality of its electronic configuration. After some period of operation (3 or 4 years), the valves and membranes can be worn out, which will lead to a gas overflow.

To postpone this moment it is possible to properly operate the HBO (gearbox in particular): the engine start must take place on the native fuel of the car (gasoline or diesel). Idle speed adjustment:

  10. We achieve 1200 revolutions at idle speed, and then gradually reduce the idling speed to 950.

Setting the sensitivity of the gearbox:

  1. Very slowly unscrew the sensitivity knob before changing the idling speed.
  2. As soon as the speed has changed, turn the regulator quite a bit back.
  3. Check the setting: sharply click on the accelerator pedal. The engine should immediately react - without jerks and delays.

Regulating the power register:

  1. We bring the speed of the starter to 3500, twisting the power regulator.
  2. As soon as the turns begin to fall, we stop the procedure.

Checking the quality settings:

  1. We sharply press the accelerator pedal.
  2. We twist the sensitivity control by a quarter until the starter's speed starts to drop sharply.
  3. We unscrew the regulator for half a turn and let the engine idle.

If the configuration of the 4-generation HBO is done correctly by itself, the ICE will work smoothly and stably.
