  2. Make holes along the entire length of the channels (diameter 14-16 mm) at a distance of 1-1.5 meters.

  3. According to the number of holes make the screeds from the lengths of the water pipe. Fix the details with threaded studs or bolts.

  4. Prepared components of the structure to be assembled and installed on the racks. The number of racks depends on the length of the frame.

  5. The top racks should be located at a distance of 0.8-1 meters from the end of the rails.

  6. In order to make the structure stiff, it is advisable to fasten the braces.

  7. Installation of a mobile trolley. It can be mounted from a plate steel thickness of 4-6 mm, length - 0,6 m (depending on the size of the electric motor).

  8. Carry out selection of gaskets and clamping plates for the trolley. Details must ensure free movement of the mechanism. At the same time, a gap is required to be extremely minimal. Screw the gaskets with bolts.

  9. Eliminate the lateral play by attaching to the base of the trolley a stop angle of 0.4 x 0.4 meters. The cart can be put on rollers or bearings.

  10. To fix the motor on top of the trolley, weld two corners.

  11. Use the chain (it is possible from the combine) to move the trolley with the engine and saw. Chain as much as possible.

  12. Mount the steering wheel on one of the bushings of the side sprockets located at the edges of the guides.

  13. To make a fixing device for a log. For this purpose, pipes with a diameter of 3-4 cm will suit. Insert the movable rods into the tubes, entering the stopper at the required height with the M8 screw.

  14. At the top of the rods fix the pressing parts of at least 1.5 cm long (from a 4x4 cm corner) and cam clamps.

15. Purchase an electric motor (the recommended power is 10 kW) and a saw with a diameter of 1 meter.

The weight of the structure is large, so the assembly must be carried out at the place where the machine will stand permanently. The tire sawmill is ready with its own hands. On such a machine you can make planks, beams, slats, boards of different sizes

It is better to use a steel or duralumin sheet with a thickness of 3 mm and a diameter of 0.5 m for a circular sawmill saw. The engine power is 2 kW. The correct design of the guide is very important. The most suitable option is "P" -shaped. A piece made of boards is made according to the shape of a log. A motor with a circular saw must be fixed to the seat. To make the saw a good one, you should make the cutting teeth of a durable material, set the correct cutting angle and precise balancing. It is also important not to forget about security measures when working on such a mechanism.
