Pikirovka seedlings: how to grow a good crop

Growing vegetables is quite a painful business. However, many truck farmers successfully cope with it and gather quite large yields from small beds. One of the most important conditions for survival and decent fruiting of many plants is the correct and timely transplanting of seedlings from containers into small pots. Plant breeders, this process is called "sprouting seedling."

Consider the whole period of growing a plant using the example of tomatoes. This will require the following: a small pot and soil, seedlings with two appeared leaves, water, potassium permanganate, a thermometer, a wooden bar or spatula, a growth simulator, a watering can.

Pickling of tomato seedlings is performed when the seedlings develop up to the shoots, on which two sheets will appear. Biologists have proved that with an earlier or later transplant, when the plant has 3-4 leaves, the tomato gets much worse and starts to get sick more often.

When transplanting, a couple of hours before the diving process begins, it is necessary to water the soil in the container so that the water can absorb as much as possible. Such a measure will make it possible to easily extract seedlings from the earth in the future.

Then it is necessary to prepare in advance small pots and land, where the pickling of tomatoes will be carried out. The transfer soil should have the same composition as for planting the seeds. To prevent spoilage of seedlings and the occurrence of diseases, it is recommended to pour the ground in pots with a weak potassium permanganate solution. At the beginning of the picking, the temperature of the ground must be at least 20 degrees.

In the next step, the seedlings must be excavated using a special scapula, or using a wide wooden bar. In doing so, you should do everything carefully, so as not to damage the lateral roots of plants. Here it is necessary to select all underdeveloped and weak seedlings. Each selected tomato should be nipped with the nail of the lower end of the main root. This will allow the root system to develop properly in the future. If this condition is not fulfilled, the root of the plant will go deep, and such a sprouting of seedlings will complicate future fructification of tomatoes. It is impossible in any case to pull out seedlings from the ground - this can damage it.

Seeds of tomatoes, after the seedling of seedlings were planted, are placed in a small, about 5 centimeter deep, pit. In this case, it is necessary to pay attention to the root - it should not bend. Around the transplanted germ, it is necessary to tighten the soil well. If the seedlings have already stretched excessively, they can be planted a little deeper. However, the cotyledon leaves must necessarily be on the surface of the soil.

After transplanting plants, each seedling of tomato should be watered abundantly, so that in the root system there is no emptiness. Water for irrigation should have a temperature of about 23 degrees. Pots with tomatoes at first will feel best in the shade, watering should be done as the soil dries up, but not too often, optimally twice a week. After the picking of the tomato is made, and the transplanted seedlings have taken root, the pots can be put on a sunny place. It is necessary to carry out regular ventilation of the room. Strong plants will normally develop at a temperature of at least 15 degrees.

Today, a growing variety of growth simulators are used to help the root system of seedlings develop better and make it stronger. One day before the pickling of seedlings in pots, it must be sprayed with an aqueous solution of the biostimulator from the atomizer (several drops are added to the glass of water).
