Pie with bananas, the recipe of which will be described below, is easy to prepare and yet very tasty. In addition, it does not require any expensive and rare products in the stores. Almost everyone in the house will have all the ingredients for baking this cake.

And you need the following ingredients for baking:
- bananas, pieces of 3 or 4;
- a pint of butter or margarine;
- three quarters of a glass of milk;
- sugar - for your taste, you can take a glass or half a glass, depending on how sweet you want to make a pie. However, you can do something average, taking 3/4 of the glass - do not go wrong;
- a pair of eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- flour, about 2 cups;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- vanillin - 0.5 tsp. Without top.

Oil (or margarine) should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. When it is soft enough, put it in a deep bowl, add sugar and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. Now peel the bananas and mash them, for example, with a fork to make a gruel. Add the same gruel to a mixture of margarine and sugar, then mix well.

Now we pour in the milk, mix it. Then add vanillin and a little salt, a small pinch or on the tip of the knife. Mix again. Whisk eggs separately. Beat them one by one, the speed of the mixer should be small. At the end, mix the eggs with the previously prepared banana-margarine mixture. All very well mix by hand.
