We hope that you will like them. "Black Forest" is an exquisite and world famous cake. It was first cooked in Germany in the early 30's, however, nothing is known about its creator. In Britain, exactly the same cake is called Black Forest Gateaux, the last word indicates that he got to Foggy Albion from France.

Flour - 170 g, sugar - 1 glass; 6 eggs; 70 g of butter; Dark chocolate - 100g; Cornstarch - 3 tbsp. Spoons for syrup; Baking powder - 1 teaspoon; Cherry confiture - 340g; Cherry - 750g; Fatty cream - 900g; Thickener for cream - 2 packs; Cinnamon - a floor of a tablespoon; Cloves; Cocoa - 50g; Liquor cherry 70g.

We divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks, beat the yolks with sugar, add butter, flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder. Mix thoroughly and add whipped whites. Bake a biscuit at T = 170C for 40 minutes.

For cream, whisk the condensed milk with a creamer (you can cook, right in the jar) with butter. The cake is designed for eight servings.
