  • Wheat flour - one glass,

  • Salt - on the tip of a teaspoon,
  • Sugar - one tablespoon (can be less),
  • Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon,
  • Baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon (or 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid),
  • Olive oil - two tablespoons.

In a container mix flour with baking powder, granulated sugar, vanillin. All properly puffed with a handful of whisk.

Separate the protein from the yolk. Mix the yolk with water.

Pour the water with the yolk into the flour mixture. Blend all well with a blender.

Beat the protein with salt to a steep foam, carefully insert the foam into the previously prepared mixture with flour. Stir the spoon.

Pour into the dough two spoons of olive oil (can be replaced with melted cream or any vegetable oil), mix.

In another container, beat eggs, add kefir, salt, sugar and pre-ground zest.

Pour the liquid mixture into the prepared flour. All well mixed (you can use a blender).
