It so happened that the favorite breakfast for many Russians are pancakes with cottage cheese. The calorie content of the ready-made dish is difficult to calculate, but in today's publication we have undertaken to solve this problem.

What are the calories counted for?

And this is without taking into account the sour cream sauce, whose calories are easy to calculate by yourself.

How to reduce the calorie content of the dish?

Cooking method

Serum warmed to a warm state in a microwave or in a saucepan over low heat. We combine the fermented milk product with salt and sugar, stir. In the flour add the soda and we will fill the ingredients with parts, stirring with a fork so that small lumps do not form. It remains to add the vegetable oil and leave the dough for a few hours, so that it properly came. The consistency of the mass should be thicker than that of a normal pancake batter mixed with milk and eggs. Fry like the usual pancakes, from two sides, just once, at the very beginning of baking, lubricating the frying pan.
