As experts evaluate, the cost per square meter of the room is from 250 to 300 thousand rubles per one m ² . As a result, this acquisition will cost the oil company from 19.7 to 23.7 billion rubles, or from 300 to 370 million dollars. Commercial premises remain in the property of the business center.
