Mishor: attractions, photos and description

What is Mishor?

Ai-Petri
The mountain range extends for a distance of 25 kilometers from the Swallow's Nest to Cape Ai-Todor. At the top there is the greatest number of foggy days in the year in the whole region. Among other things, Ai-Petri has the status of the snow-covered peak of the Crimea. Steady ice cover does not disappear here even at the end of spring. The thickness of the snow cap in some places can reach a meter.

Miskhorsky Park
The central zone of Mishor Park is decorated with the famous palm avenue. According to historical information, it was laid down by Prince Naryshkin, whose estate was once located nearby the area represented.
What is the area of the park in Mishor? It is extremely difficult to bypass sights here in one day. As local man-made gardens are located on the territory of about 21 hectares. Famous sculptural compositions
One of the most famous compositions of the region is the sculpture "Mermaid", cast from bronze and set in shallow water near the sea coast. The author of the masterpiece is Academician A. G. Adamson. Later, another monument was erected on the project of the sculptor, known as "The Girl of Arza and the Robber of Ali Baba".

The Yusupov Palace
Approaches to the main structure of the palace are decorated with carved marble stairs, in front of which sculptures of heroes of ancient Greek myths rise. Yusupov Palace is famous for its park, which is formed of relict trees and decorated with miniature pools. The composition, which covers an area of 16.5 hectares, is the brainchild of the famous master of landscape architecture Karl Kebach.
Yasnaya Polyana
The palace represents a manor that is located near the sea coast. Surrounds the architectural monument is a picturesque garden, formed from exotic palms and cypresses. The walls of the building are covered with ivy and roses.
Character Park

Dulber Palace
The elegant palace, whose name translates as "beautiful", was built by the order of Prince Peter Nikolaevich. Designer of the building was the famous master Krasnov, who worked on the implementation of the composition in the period from 1895 to 1897.
The Dulber Palace is a four-storey building with asymmetrical architectural forms. The structure has about 100 separate rooms. The palace is decorated with silver domes and jagged parapets. On the surface of the walls are realized complex mosaic compositions.
