You need to make a right click in the layer section and select the Rasterize Type item. After that, the text will become part of the image, which can be edited as a picture, but you can not change the text itself, add letters, or punctuation marks .

Next, choose an eraser, reduce its transparency to 10-15%, and subtract the necessary part of the image, creating a natural form of fading reflection.
