Milk diet

Milk diet is an excellent way to lose weight and improve the body. Dairy diet "Vegetable"

The main products of this type of diet are dairy and sour milk, cereal cereals, eggs, vegetable and milk soups, fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese and bran bread. You can use mineral water without gas, vegetable and fruit juices, tea (preferably with milk) or jelly. Prepared dishes (not more than 200 grams) take with an interval of 2 or 3 hours.

Milk and fruit diet

This healthy and delicious diet will allow you to get rid of 3-5 kg in seven days.

  • Breakfast - unsweetened tea with milk;
  • 2nd breakfast - 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • Lunch - 200 g of non-acidic fruit (for example, sweet peaches, bananas, apples, pears, etc.);
  • Mid-morning snack - one glass of ryazhenka, yoghurt or kefir;
  • Dinner - 200 g of sweet fruit.
