Cut the meat into small pieces, the onion - half rings, finely chop the mushrooms. Rub meat, pepper, salt and ground rosemary. Place in a steamer and cook together with mushrooms and onions for thirty minutes.

Dissolve the flour in water, mix with sour cream, add crushed herbs. Pour this mass into the beef and continue to cook for another fifteen to twenty minutes. That's all. Beef in a double boiler under cream sauce is ready for use.

Braised Beef in a Multivariate

Prepare three tablespoons of olive oil, one medium onion, one and a half kilos of beef, four cloves of garlic, half a measuring cup of wine, one and a half teaspoons of pepper, two tablespoons of cognac, half a measuring cup of olives, half a measuring cup of black olives, Rosemary, laurel leaf, four carnations, nutmeg nut, cinnamon stick, two tablespoons tomato paste paste, a little salt.

Wash the meat in small pieces. Then fry it in a skillet with olive oil. Then shift the beef into the capacity of the multivark (together with the resulting juice).

Required: beef fillet, tomatoes, cheese, chopped greens, pepper, salt, spices. Cut the fillets into pieces, place them in a steamer, season with salt and add spices. Put the tomato slices on the beef, grate the cheese, sprinkle with herbs. This dish should be prepared in a steamer for forty minutes.
