Menopause Symptoms in Women and in Men

Offensive menopause is not a disease and a violation of the body. This is a transitional state between different phases in a woman's life, characterized by the cessation of menstruation. Various signs in this period indicate the hormonal changes taking place in the female body. Climax symptoms show that before the beginning of this period, women have increased cholesterol and lowered bone density. This can lead to various heart diseases.

There comes a climax when the stocks of working eggs in the female ovaries run out. At the birth of a girl, her ovaries have from one to three million eggs, which are gradually consumed throughout life. At the teenage girl already in the beginning of a menstrual cycle remains in an organism of only 400000 яйцеклеток. By the time menopause occurs in the female body, less than 10,000 eggs remain.

The most common symptoms of menopause in women.

Tides are the most famous symptom of menopause. According to studies of specialists, they are observed in the period of menopause in 75% of women. They pass very individually and begin, as a rule, with an attack of headache or nausea. Then there is a rush of warmth, an increase in heart rate and the appearance of blush. Often as a result, the pulse increases and body temperature rises, and even signs of insomnia may occur. Additional menopause symptoms with this may be a burning sensation when urinating and urinary incontinence.

There are also vaginal changes: women can experience pain during this period during sexual intercourse and notice changes in vaginal discharge, since the effect of the hormone estrogen on the lining of the vagina results.

During this period menopause symptoms are characterized by various dangers for the female body. The most dangerous and common of these is the rapid loss of bone tissue density, called osteoporosis (bone irritation). Usually in most women, the maximum bone density is for a period of 25-30 years. Then, the density decreases about 0.13% annually. During the menopause the process accelerates and reaches a figure of 3% per year. At the end of the menopause period, this figure drops to 2% per year. Usually, this process does not bring pain, but often leads to osteoporosis, and this increases the risk of cracking in the bones and fractures.

Other important menopause symptoms are increased cholesterol levels in the blood and an increased risk of heart disease. This not only increases the total cholesterol level, but also increases the level of lipoproteins, and this leads to an increased risk of heart disease. But it has not yet been fully clarified with what it is directly related, it is possible that the aging process of the organism has a greater effect.

Manifesting menopausal symptoms.

Usually in men, menopause occurs much more slowly than women and manifests itself only by weakening sexual potency. Weakened sexual desire, but in some cases it may also increase. Climacteric neurosis in a man does not have such a clear clinical picture as a woman. The changes in the cardiovascular system can lead to pain in the heart, tachycardia, sweating, hot flashes to the head area and others. There may also be neuropsychiatric disorders, which are characterized by a decrease in memory, irritability, depression, unreasonable fears, and sometimes even psychoses. The weakening of the potency and impaired urination results in changes in the genitourinary system. This is all due to the weakness of the bladder, as it decreases its tone and changes the state of the prostate gland.
