Meat in beer: a recipe for a delicious dish

Once I met an unusual recipe - meat stewed in beer, and thought: "Is it really so tasty?". And then I decided and cooked it. It turned out that it is really wonderful - the dish turned out not only delicious, but simply exquisite. I suggest you try to prepare some simple recipes.

So, we cook the stew in the beer recipe first. A pound of any meat fillet, 200 milliliters of "live" beer and 150 grams of onions - these are the most necessary ingredients. Cut the onions and meat (and then, and the other straws), then pepper, salt and fry in a pan for about five minutes. Now pour in the beer and stew for about twenty to twenty-five minutes. All! Meat in beer recipe is the first - done! It remains to add the Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, eggplants - yes, anything. Enough even carrots and sweet peppers. Just before taking off, you need to remember to add garlic and spicy pepper - for piquancy.

And now meat in beer is the second recipe. This recipe is good for a festive table, and it's called meat, marinated in beer. Try it, because it's very tasty. The recipe is prepared as follows. In approximately equal parts, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice and beer (you can take it a little more). Add to them a couple of spoons of mustard and honey. Pre-soaked in water dried apricots finely chopped and added to the marinade. Meat (fillet) rubbed with salt and spices, crammed with cloves and pour this marinade overnight. The minimum time is five hours.

We lay the meat with pieces of dried apricots, put them in a sleeve for baking and put them in the oven. You can overlay it with potatoes and a few slices of canned pineapple. But with pineapple sweet potatoes are obtained, and this is not liked by everyone. Bake it until you get a golden crust for about an hour at a temperature of one hundred and ninety degrees. Meat in beer, the recipe of which is described above, can be baked without a sleeve, but then it will be necessary to constantly water the meat with a marinade, otherwise it turns out to be very dry. It seems to me that this is too laborious, and I personally prefer to bake in foil, however, it will take a little more time. In general, meat in beer is very well marinated. By the way, instead of beer you can use red or white wine. To the beer or wine for flavor you can add spices. And you can come up with some kind of your own recipe.

Meat in beer, recipe the third. We take 800 grams of any meat - veal, pork - it does not matter. Two or three large carrots, as many heads of onions, three cloves of garlic, half a liter of "live" beer, a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of flour, and a bit of ground ginger (half a teaspoon will be enough). Still need baked fat, spices and various spices, as well as greens. Meat should be cut into pieces and fried in a frying pan on melted fat. Add the carrots cut into it, finely chopped garlic and onions (it can be simply quartered). Pour a little beer, put tomato paste and all the spices. Fifteen minutes before the end, the remaining beer should be mixed with flour, ginger and poured into a frying pan.

Ginger gives the meat a flavor, and also makes it softer. On a garnish to such meat it is possible to prepare mashed potatoes or rice, and it is best, of course, vegetables. It is very important to prepare all the recipes to use beer without preservatives, that is, "live", better light. You can add juniper berries (just a few pieces) - this will add a piquant bitterness and beat off the beer smell. Some add orange peel or orange juice. Particularly good in beer is game.

And one day I tried to cook a chicken in a beer - everyone liked it very much. To do this, mix the beer with water in approximately equal amounts and add more spices. It turns out a very original taste, and how it sounds: "chicken in beer" ...
