If you want to make a cake, but you are afraid for your figure or do not like fat, then the cake with sour cream is exactly what you need. Of course, there are a lot of calories in it, but still much less than in the cake, where the cream with cream, condensed milk, etc.

Pineapple cake with sour cream

To make a cake, whisk to a foam 100 g butter butter, 100 g sugar and salt. Add 2 eggs, 250 g of flour sifted with a baking powder, a couple of spoons of lemon juice, as much sour cream and the resulting dough should be divided into 3 pieces and baked from each biscuit. Jelly cake with sour cream and with yoghurt

To make this cake 3 eggs beat well with 200 g. Of sugar, then add a glass of flour and mix. As a result, we should get a dough, which will be similar in consistence to thick sour cream. We pour it into a mold and bake it for 15 to 30 minutes.

While the biscuit is cooled, we prepare the jelly. To do this, 50 g of gelatin soak in hot water (not boiling water) and give a completely "disperse". 1 package sour cream mixed with 1 packet of pineapple yogurt, add sugar to taste. Stir and add to gelatin. At the bottom of the baking dish, pour a little mixture of yoghurt and sour cream, 5 minutes. We cool in the refrigerator. Then we put a biscuit there and top with a cream too. Again we cool. 2 bags of pineapple jelly (you can prepare yourself) pour 3 stacks. Warm water, stir and cool (but not until completely solidified). The jelly must have a consistency so that after stirring with a spoon, small crystals turn out, which you need to sprinkle a cake. To make the cake soaked, it should be left overnight in the fridge.

Cake tortoise with sour cream

To cook this delicious cake, take 6 eggs, whisk them with two stacks. Sugar to the formation of white dense foam. Add a pinch of vanilla, a little more baking powder and one glass of flour. We put the resulting dough on a baking sheet, anointed with butter. This should be done with a spoon, so that small lozenges are made from the dough. Bake for 5 minutes. Sugar beat with half a liter of sour cream until completely dissolved.

For any dish that is suitable for the size, we lay out layers of bread, each of which is lubricated with cream. The cake should be laid out in the form of a turtle, made of a large flat cake "head", out of 4 smaller ones - "paws". For decoration, you can use either liquid cocoa, or melt chocolate on a water bath. You can completely fill the "turtle" with chocolate on top, and you can make patterns with it.

Pancake cake with sour cream

You will need the following ingredients.

For cakes: sugar (300 g), sour cream (the same amount), salt, egg (4 pcs.), Flour, butter, soda.

For cream: sour cream (400 g), sugar (the same amount). Note: sour cream should be bought in advance and let it settle, so that the whey and sour cream are separated.

Mix all the ingredients of the dough until a homogeneous mass is obtained (the flour needs to be introduced last and in small portions), divide into several pieces and bake pancakes. Stir the sour cream and shake with sugar, anoint the resulting cream with pancakes. For impregnation, 2 hours is sufficient.

Sour cream cake with cocoa

To make a dough, take 1 tbsp. Cooled sour cream, combine with the same amount of sugar, a pinch of soda, three st. Flour, 1 tbsp. Vodka and 1 tbsp. L. Margarine. Mix all this, divide into two pieces, in one of which add a spoonful of cocoa. Cut each of the pieces into 3 pieces, roll them out and bake them.

Whip half a liter of sour cream with one glass of sugar. Spread the cakes with this cream, and top instead of the cream, apply glaze.

Glaze is prepared as follows: mix 1 tablespoon. Cocoa with 5 tbsp. Milk, half the st. Sugar, one tablespoon. Flour, cook on low heat and be sure, stirring, bring to a boil. While the glaze is still warm, we add oil to it. The density of the glaze can be adjusted by the amount of flour.
