Marinated chicken. Original recipes for cooking poultry

Chicken meat, like any other, is boiled, fried, stewed, baked or smoked. Everything depends on the chosen dish and the desire of the chef. But all this takes time, and considerable.

Any knowledgeable culinary expert will agree that meat can be cooked much faster, if previously it is prepared in a certain way. For example, it's easier to cook chicken marinated than raw. In this case, meat under the influence of a certain set of products slightly changes its structure. This greatly facilitates the further process. This method of preparation is used before frying or baking. The meat becomes tender, almost airy and very pleasant to the taste. Chicken marinated is perfect for kebabs in the nature in the company of friends. Of course, it is impossible to withstand a certain temperature regime at the stake. Yes, and do not want to wait long.

At home, the situation is the same. It is impossible to cook lunch or dinner all day. Domestic tired of waiting and forced to go to bed hungry. Here the marinated chicken comes to the rescue. It can be prepared in advance, and then at the right time, quickly get their fridge and fry in a pan or bake in the oven. For example, you can try the simplest option. This requires the following products: a chicken carcass for 2 kilograms, 3 cloves of garlic, a glass of vegetable oil, a bay leaf, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of mustard (you can take corn), a pinch of cinnamon and any spices.

The whole process can be roughly divided into 3 stages:

  1. Preparation of marinade. Mustard must be mixed well with butter. Then add chopped garlic, vinegar, spices, salt and cinnamon. The resulting mass is the marinade.
  2. Preparation of a bird. The carcass should be thoroughly washed and divided into pieces of the right size. Now put the meat in a fragrant mixture and put in the refrigerator for a whole day.
  3. Preparation of meat. We take out the pan and lay the pieces of chicken on a baking tray. Now we send them to the oven. Marinated chicken baked for about an hour at 200 degrees.

But chicken meat is suitable not only for cooking hot dishes. It makes good salads. It will perfectly match a chicken with pickled mushrooms. It is best to take champignons. The ratio of products is noticeable this: for 1 chicken breast - 1 carrot, salt, 200 grams of mushrooms, mayonnaise and a little pepper ground black. Mushrooms and meat should be approximately the same amount. It is very easy to cook such a salad. First you need to boil meat and carrots. Then, in a separate bowl, chop the chicken, taking it into fine fibers. Here, too, fill up the carrots cut into cubes and chopped mushrooms with thin plates. Now it only remains to add salt, selected spices, lightly pepper and season abundantly with mayonnaise. The salad is quite simple, but very tasty.

Sometimes I want to cook something light. In this case, a recipe that perfectly matches chicken with pickled cucumbers is suitable . It resembles a simplified version of the famous "Olivier" for the whole world. To prepare the required ingredients: 300 grams of chicken fillet - a glass of mayonnaise, 200 grams of carrots and cucumbers, salt, 3 eggs, pepper and lettuce.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. Chicken meat boil, cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Do the same with eggs and carrots.
  3. Cut cucumbers as small as possible.
  4. Salad to break with hands.
  5. All products fall asleep in a salad bowl. Add pepper and salt, then pour mayonnaise.

If desired, you can add potatoes and green peas to the salad . And for a more vivid taste, chicken meat is better not to boil, but bake in an oven or fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
