Madumarov Adakhan Kimsanbaevich, a popular statesman, chairman of the Butun Kyrgyzstan party, is widely known in Kyrgyzstan for his political activity. He is a historian and a lawyer by education, he knows well not only the Kyrgyz language, but also some other: Kazakh, Russian, Uzbek and English.

The future politician was born on 9.03.1965 in the village Kurshab (Uzgen district, Osh region, Kyrgyz SSR). In 1982, after graduating from high school in his native village, he found a job at the Kainar farm in his own district, where in 1983 he was called up for service in the ranks of the Soviet army. After demobilization in 1985, he returned to work in the same state farm.

In 1987 Madumarov Adakhan Kimsanbaevich became a student of the Tver State University. After graduating in 1992, after receiving a diploma from a historian, a teacher of history and social studies, he settled down as a reporter for the republican minister of press, and then became editor-in-chief of the newspaper Turk alamy.

By 1994, he went from simple to editor in chief and headed the editorial board on children's and youth television programs in the national national television and radio company.

By 1995, he already worked in this state company as a political observer of the main directorate of TV programs.

Political activity

In 1995 Madumarov Adakhan Kimsanbaevich was elected to the deputy corps of the Jogorku Kenesh (parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was a member of this legislature until 2005 (from the first to the third convocation), headed the committee on social policy, labor and veterans. During this period, Madumarov managed to get a second education, a legal one, within the walls of the Kyrgyz National University. He graduated from this university in 1999.

Madumarov acted as co-founder of the new political public movement "Ata-Jurt", which means "Fatherland" in Russian.

In April 2005, he was appointed Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic. In 2006-2007, Adakhan Kimsanbaevich Madumarov held the post of the Secretary of State of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2007 to October 2008 he was Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament of the fourth convocation. In the period from 5.11.2008 to 26.11.2009 Madumarov served as secretary of the Republican Security Council.

In 2010 he headed the political party "Butun Kyrgyzstan", which means "United Kyrgyzstan" in the Kyrgyz language.

In August 2013 Madamarov Adakhan Kimsanbaevich took the post of deputy secretary-general in the Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking countries.

About the personal life and rewards of politics

Madumarov is married with two sons. The elder is called Nurmuhammed, the younger one is Dinmuhammed.

For the successes Madumarov was awarded various awards, among which there is a Russian medal "For Merit". She was awarded a policy in February 2007. A year earlier the Union of Writers of Kyrgyzstan awarded Madumarov "Golden Pen" - a special sign, to which an honorary diploma is attached.

Taking into account the outstanding contribution to the formation of the information space of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly awarded Adakhan Kimsanbaevich a gold medal "The Tree of Friendship".
