Apparently, each of them helps a person regain slender figure and self-confidence. But not everyone can add health to a person, and another will even do harm. For example, now the grassroots diet is gaining popularity. In what its essence and whether there is in it a benefit, I suggest now to understand.

Why you can not lose weight quickly

On what only modern women and girls do not go, trying to get rid of "lifebuoys" at the waist, cellulite on the hips and unaesthetic abdomen. On the windows of shops, in the cinema and in advertising, we see slender beauties who make ordinary girls sadly sigh about their size. It is believed that a grassroots diet suits those who have inaccuracies in the shape of the legs and thighs. Although how this process occurs in the lower part of the body remains a mystery. Losing weight by this system is quite tough and not for everyone. I think this diet can be successful without consequences if the girl urgently needs to lose the weight she has recently gained, for example, on vacation. And if in principle a girl usually watches her weight, goes in for sports and leads an active life, then this diet can be effective for her. If your physique is naturally large and you really want to lose weight in your hips, then I advise you to choose a more sparing system that will help to achieve a stable result without harm to health.

Menu for the whole week

The general rule for each day: you need to drink on an empty stomach two glasses (500 ml) of ordinary water. If there is a desire and allows acidity of the stomach, you can add to the water 5-7 drops of lemon.

Day one, second

For breakfast: drink 200 ml of warm milk (of course, low-fat) with three cubes of bitter (not dark) chocolate.

The second breakfast: melt water (300-350 ml) with honey (about a teaspoon). If you do not carry honey, replace it with fructose. Meltwater is an indispensable element of this diet.

For lunch: salad of cucumber and tomato, seasoned with lemon juice and green onions. A glass of milk.

For a mid-afternoon snack: 100-120 g curd of zero fat or yogurt, 200 ml of water with squeezed into it juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of honey.

For dinner: 500 ml of melted water and pear (or apple).

Day Three

The menu almost repeats the previous days. Only the lunch menu is different. On this day for lunch instead of salad, you need to eat vegetable soup without oil, cooked from tomatoes, cabbage (white cabbage), bell pepper, carrots, leeks and celery.

Day four

For breakfast: milk with chocolate (as on the first day).

Second breakfast: 500 ml of grapefruit juice. Before dinner, you still need to drink 500 ml of water.

For lunch: 250 grams of stewed or boiled vegetables without salt (exclude potatoes), melt water with honey and lemon.

For a mid-afternoon snack:

Braised without butter or boiled fish (200 g).

For dinner: drink 500 ml of water and eat an apple.

Day five

For breakfast: 1 liter of water (gradually, drink up to 12 hours).

For lunch: cottage cheese 0% fat with a spoonful of honey.

For a mid-afternoon snack:

Any dried fruits.

For dinner: drink a couple glasses of water with honey.

Day Six

For breakfast: vegetable broth 500 ml (gradually, up to 12 hours).

For lunch: yogurt 100 g and melted lemon water with honey.

For dinner: water melted 500 ml and one slice of grapefruit.

Day Seven

For breakfast: a slice of cheese (30 g) and 2 glasses of melted water.

For lunch: lean fish 200 g., Cucumber and tomato with olive oil.

On a mid-afternoon snack: Lemon drink and yogurt.

For dinner: three apples and yogurt.

In conclusion, I again want to warn those who want to lose weight quickly. The lower diet is not a panacea, and only a person with strong health can apply it to himself.
