And already all the other insides are related to second-class offal - this is the udder, heart, scar and stomach, as well as all kinds of ligaments and tendons. All this is subjected to heat treatment, by digestion, then it is ground and used as a mince for making sausages. It is from these offal and produce liver sausage and various pates.

Second-class by-products are not so useless for the human body, as they contain a lot of different nutrients, proteins and amino acids, as well as fats and vitamins. But such components are quite inferior to the offal of the first grade. That is, liver sausage is much inferior to hepatic.

Sausage liver: how to choose?

How not to be mistaken when choosing sausage? How to buy a useful quality product? It's quite simple, you just need to follow some rules when choosing liver sausage, such as:

- it is good to study the composition of the sausage. If the composition indicates the presence of the liver, it is worth paying attention to what it is: beef, pork or veal. After all, the most useful liver is pork and veal. If the composition does not indicate the presence of the liver, then most likely there it simply does not exist.

- Evaluate the color of liver sausage. Even the highest quality liver sausage with a significant amount of liver in it will never be bright pink, this indicates that the composition contains dyes. The color of liver sausage is gray, this is what the boiled minced stuff looks like.

- how many synthetic additives are contained in the composition. If the amount of additives is large, then the quality of such sausage leaves much to be desired. For example, it can be a liver, but it has already been frozen several times, the shelf life has almost passed, it will in no way give it freshness and usefulness.

As a result, it can be concluded that liver sausage, in principle, is a useful product. But buy it in the store you need very carefully. It is better to cook it yourself, if you love it so much, the blessing of recipes on the Internet is huge.
