Lazy vareniki: calorie, the way of cooking

Lazy vareniki from cottage cheese, the calorie content of which is about 250 kcal per 100 grams of the product, can be made more dietary when replacing cottage cheese with semolina. Caloric content of this dish will be already just below 150 kcal.

In order to create a product ready to eat, it will be necessary to roll the sausage from the dough and cut into pieces. If you want, you can make a variety of pieces of dough pieces. A simple groove, made in them with a finger, will prevent the draining of oil or sour cream.

How to cook

Prepared semifinished product can be immediately sent to boil in a pot of boiling water. When they come up - it means they are ready. Usually it takes no more than four minutes.
