With the proper organization of the diet, high acidity and accompanying unpleasant symptoms will pass without taking medications.
Plus, weight loss can become a diet, as saturated fatty foods are excluded.


Disadvantages of diet with increased acidity is that it is necessary to exclude from the food a lot of products, especially with acute manifestations. Most of the recommended products have a high enough cost. Some meals take extra time.
To observe the correct diet and diet with increased acidity is necessary until the symptoms of the disease disappear completely, and then continue it for a couple of weeks. After this period, food can be gradually included in small quantities.
