Bulgaria, incidentally, is distinguished by the fact that the level of service in the three-star hotels of the country is quite high in comparison with Western Europe. But 4-star and 5-star hotels, on the contrary, are inferior to them according to their service.

Location of the hotel

Park Hotel Continental 2 * is located in the southern part of the resort. From the airport of the nearby city of Burgas, you can get here by car (by taxi or bus) in only half an hour. The distance from the hotel to the beach is 200 meters. But each time you can make a walk along the well-groomed alley and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Number of rooms

The interior of this two-star case is unremarkable. A long corridor, a lot of lacquered doors and a lounge with upholstered furniture and a TV. There, at the floor manager, you can rent a safe for storing valuables and a mini-fridge. Some of the holidaymakers in their reviews write that the building of Park Hotel Continental 2 * in its structure resembles a pioneer camp. The rooms do not have anything special: beds, a clamshell as an extra bed, a primitively equipped bathroom, a small balcony with plastic chairs. That's all the device numbers. In this building, according to the rules set in the hotel, the linen should be changed a week, but tourists who lived here longer than this date, note that the staff completely forgot about this prescription. The same applies to cleaning rooms. If you do not demand, then no one will enter the room during the entire rest period and will not vacuum it. In a word, those tourists who are scrupulous about cleanliness, it is better not to come here. Unlike this building, in the other two everything is much more civil, and the service is at the highest level. They certainly correspond to the number of their stars. Of course, hotels built in the last century can not meet modern standards, nevertheless, the administration of resorts in all tries to improve the level of service.
