  4. Cut two apples into small slices and place in cherry syrup. Fruits cook until the volume of liquid is not reduced by half.
  5. In the mass put the cooked cherries and grind everything with a blender. Again put confiture of cherries on fire (for about 10 minutes).
  6. Heat the hot mass in a glass container and cork.

Probably, it is interesting to learn how to make a confiture of cherries with the addition of chocolate and almonds. To prepare it, you need to proceed as follows:

  1. Prepare the thickener. Gelatin (55 g) is slightly diluted with cold water and left to swell for about 40 minutes.
  2. Make a puree of cherry (100 g) pitted.
  3. Prepare the almond flour. To do this, peel the nuts (80 g) and grind it into small grain, skipping them first through a meat grinder and then treating it with a blender.
  4. In cherry puree add flour from almonds, gelatin and sugar (600 g).
  5. The mass should be heated gradually, when it boils, hold on for another 2 minutes and remove from the plate.
  6. In another hot dessert, put the slices of chocolate (100 g) and stir.
