How to overcome the fear of death or the science of dying correctly

People are divided into atheists and believers. This, of course, is conditional, in order to try to answer the questions posed. All theories (both psychological and spiritual) are suggested to think about it more often, do not be afraid to talk about it. However, psychologists say the same thing with all phobias. We must meet fear. How to overcome the fear of height, for example, or darkness? Psychologists say: jump with a parachute or sit for several hours in a dark room.

But to jump with a parachute is probably easier than to look into the eyes of death. But many psychics claim that, often thinking about death, we attract it. Naturally, each person instinctively tries to avoid possible conversations and even not think about it. So who is right, and how to overcome the fear of death?

How can one, on the one hand, think about death, prepare for it, so as not to be afraid, and on the other hand, not to attract her bony? Can. It is important to approach this calmly, without neurotic fear and pessimism.

But it is necessary to realize the inevitability of death as the beginning or rebirth of a new life. Speech, of course, is not about a mortal body, but about a spiritual beginning. If you prepare for death as a transition in time imperishable spirit, then life will play with new colors, and death is afraid to approach.

After all, death walks next to each of us, it's like a virus: while the body is healthy and immune in the way - the virus will not stick. As long as the soul is healthy, death will not come. But is the soul healthy ...

Still how to overcome the fear of death?

We must try to penetrate deeply into the idea that man is not only a mortal body, but when it collapses, consciousness will remain . This is not a question of belief or theories of mentality. It is necessary to feel each reality of this belief with each cell. This can be achieved by experiencing deep mystical feelings through meditation, prayer, serious spiritual work.

Only in this case one can truly feel that the body is only the form in which the spirit is situated, that consciousness can exist without the body. In other words, one must train one's spirituality, as athletes train muscles.

Only a person who every second tries to wake his consciousness gently and gradually, gradually moves to a new level.

Then comes to him the realization of spiritual immortality. Then the consciousness is able to tear itself away from the mortal body and merge with the pure light of the spiritual essence of man. And no longer will there be a question of how to overcome the fear of death, because the highest spiritual world becomes accessible.

Actually, with age, many begin to fear infirmity, as well as death, possible loneliness. From the point of view of spirituality, this problem can be solved from the position of the warrior: although it is impossible to overcome old age and death, but it is necessary to resist until the very end. That is, do not whine, do not grumble, do not complain, try as much as possible to maintain a good physical shape.
