How to cook beef cutlets in an oven

Some housewives believe that beef is only suitable for extinguishing. This statement is fundamentally wrong. In fact, from such meat you can make, for example, very tasty cutlets. More often they, of course, are fried in a frying pan. But the best way is to make cutlets from beef in the oven. For example, you can consider several of the most interesting options for their preparation.

The simplest version

To cutlets were tender and juicy, you do not need to use a lot of oil. The main thing is to prepare the mince properly. Here, in principle, there is nothing complicated. To make appetizing cutlets from beef in the oven, you will need the following products: for 0.5 kg of meat 2 eggs, half a glass of whole milk, 100 grams of bread crumb, greens (parsley, dill), 3 cloves of garlic, onions and spices.

All work takes place in four stages. In order to properly cook cutlets from beef in the oven, in order of priority to perform several actions:

  1. First you have to grind the selected products. For this, beef must be passed through a meat grinder, onions finely chopped, garlic gently squeezed through a special press, and greens randomly chopped with a knife.
  2. Collect all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly, so that the mince is the most homogeneous mass. From the prepared mixture to form cutlets of the necessary size, before having moistened their hands.
  3. Cover the pan with foil or parchment, and then gently lay on it meat semi-finished products.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. After that, send a baking tray with blanks for 20 minutes.

Such cutlets from beef in the oven can be served to the table with almost any garnish.

For baby food

Everyone knows that beef meat is very useful. That is why it is often used in the diet of young children. The recipe for beef cutlets in the oven for toddlers includes the following ingredients: 300 grams of minced salt, 1 fresh egg, a bulb, a slice of butter and a handful of oatmeal.

Prepare this dish as follows:

  1. To begin with, the bulb should be crushed as much as possible using a grater or meat grinder.
  2. Then it should be combined with the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. From the prepared mass to make small cutlets. It is better to make them not very thick, so that the stuffing can be baked well and quickly.
  4. Billets lay on a baking sheet, covered with special baking paper, smeared with vegetable oil.
  5. Send them to a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  6. After this, put a small piece of oil on top of each cutlet and continue baking for another 5 minutes.

Serve such ruddy balls better with potatoes, which all children are very fond of.

The original addition

Cutlets from minced meat (beef) in the oven will be even more delicious if you put some cheese on each of them. This will eliminate the possibility of burning the surface and allow the product itself to be better baked inside. For such a recipe you will need the usual set of products: 0.5 kilograms of minced beef, salt, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 chicken egg, ground pepper, flour and 100 grams of hard cheese.

The way of preparing this dish is somewhat similar to the previous versions:

  1. To make the mixture more homogeneous, the prepared mince can be additionally passed along with the garlic through a meat grinder.
  2. Collect all the ingredients in a deep clean container and mix them thoroughly.
  3. Separating from the total mass with wet hands small pieces, roll them in the form of balls.
  4. Roll the billets in flour, and then give them the desired shape of cutlets.
  5. Put the semi-finished products on a baking tray, previously oiled. In addition, it can be covered with paper or foil.
  6. Products for 40 minutes sent to the oven, heated to about 180 degrees.
  7. After the time, put a thin plate of cheese over each finished cutlet. If desired, you can simply rub it.
  8. Send the products again to the oven for final baking.

As a side dish for this dish is better to use a salad of fresh vegetables.

Cutlets with mushrooms

A standard recipe for minced meatballs (beef) in the oven can be supplemented with a variety of products. This will allow us to constantly update the daily diet with new interesting dishes. For example, you can try to cook cutlets, using an unusual set of ingredients: for 0,6 kg of ground beef, a tablespoon of mustard, 1 egg, 200 grams of cheese, salt, 100 grams of sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ground black pepper , 400 grams of champignons and a little vegetable oil.

To prepare such cutlets it is necessary as follows:

  1. In the prepared mince add pepper, raw egg, salt and carefully knead it.
  2. Put mustard with sour cream and continue the process.
  3. Mushrooms, without washing, finely chopped, and then fry them in oil until a ruddy crust.
  4. Turn the garlic into gruel with the help of a press and mix it with mayonnaise.
  5. Cheese grind using a large grater.
  6. From the prepared forcemeat form flat cutlets and neatly arrange them on a baking sheet, leaving a small distance between the blanks. This is to ensure that the products do not stick together during the preparation.
  7. On top of each cutlet put the fried mushrooms, sprinkle all the cheese, and then grease with a mixture of mayonnaise with garlic.
  8. The pan is sent to the oven for 40 minutes. Preliminary it needs to be warmed up to 200 degrees.

The dish turns out simply incomparable. In principle, it can be eaten even without a side dish.
