How to cook beans?

In a frying pan, melt butter (margarine), slice tomato pieces, pepper, add beans, pounded garlic, pour over the beaten eggs, cover with a lid. After 2 minutes remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions.

Another version of casserole. Bean pods are prepared as described in the previous recipe. In a frying pan, fry in a vegetable oil mushrooms with onions, add beans, stew for a few more minutes, cover with dense cheese of hard varieties, cover with a lid. When the cheese melts, you can serve on the table.

Now you can cook it with meat. Stuff the chicken fry in a frying pan with onion, adding spices and black pepper. For one liter of water, take 100 grams of table vinegar (or slightly more), 50 grams of sugar, 25 grams of salt. Boil and pour the beans in the jars. Pasteurize liter jars at a temperature of 90 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The string bean (5 kg) is washed, cut off the tips, cut into pieces 3-4 cm long, blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, cool in cold water. Onions (1, 2 kg) cut into rings and fry until golden. Carrots (1, 3 kg) and roots (200 g), cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Grind the parsley. Now you need to cut healthy green tomatoes (5 kg) into slices, cook in the pelvis for about 15 minutes. Prepared vegetables to put in tomatoes, boil, add parsley. Pour over the cans in a hot form, first putting black pepper on the bottom. Liters can be sterilized in boiling water for 40 minutes.
