Jam from grapes with seeds with addition of spices and almonds

The recipe for this preparation will be difficult for you to leave in secret. All your friends, after trying this jam, will definitely ask you to share the intricacies of cooking and the bizarre composition of the ingredients. Actually, here they are, take:

  • 1.2 kg of green grapes;
  • 600 gr. Sahara;
  • 1 cup of grape juice;
  • 100 gr. Chilled almonds;
  • A little cinnamon and 2 aniseed stars.

This jam of grapes for the winter is prepared in a very unusual way - it is not brewed, but is languishing in the oven. First, wash the berries, sprinkle with sugar, pour over the juice and sprinkle with spices, then put the mass on a baking sheet and send it to the oven, heated to 150 degrees, for 3 hours. Do not forget to stir occasionally. Meanwhile, fill the almonds with boiling water, let stand for a couple of minutes, and after peeling off the peel and for an hour before the end of the longing, add to the grapes. After the allotted time (three hours), take out the baking tray from the oven, remove the anise starlets and cinnamon sticks from the berry mass (if you took sticks, not powder), and pack the jam into sterilized jars, cool, then roll them up.
