First quarter

It comes after the new moon, this phase is considered a symbol of movement, impulses.

You may notice that at this stage you gradually increase thirst and hunger, and sometimes there is a slight loss in weight. Your energy starts to become more balanced, but between 10:00 and 14:00 it will be best to do any physical activity.

Last quarter

The last quarter comes immediately after the full moon, and this is just the right time for reflection, analysis and an adequate assessment of all that is happening.

Our appetite may worsen during the last quarter, the energy level falls, drowsiness often occurs, laziness, a desire to spend a whole day in bed may arise. Try to listen to your body as best as possible. Even if you need to spend some time for this, do not miss this chance.

If you are focused on achieving something specific or interested in resolving certain situations, then you'd better put it all aside for a while, as this is not the best time to make important decisions. Try to avoid a large crowd, since there is always an overabundance of negative emotions.
