The modern huge hotel complex consists of 3 buildings: Cvete, Flora, Rodola, on some resources the hotel is also called Rodopi-Zvete-Flora Park. The total area of the territory is 50 000 sq. M. M. In the buildings there are 520 rooms. All three hotels have a common territory, infrastructure.

The hotel was opened in 2003, and in 2015 the whole complex was renovated and renovated.
