Homemade sweets - sweets with your own hands

At least once try to make homemade sweets - and most likely, you will do them more than once! Cooked by own hands sweets for certain will like all household members, and besides, you will always be assured of their quality (unlike conveyor's delicacies).

Earlier, candy with their own hands was mainly prepared by children, eager to taste sweet, or poor people who did not have the money to buy them in the store. However, in the kitchen conjured in the kitchen and ordinary Soviet citizens who did not want to stand out huge grocery lines.

Now on the supermarket shelves there is such a huge variety of all kinds of boxes of sweets, that they already managed to get bored, nestle. Because people are increasingly recalling the good old home recipes for sweets. What kind of candy can I make at home? They can be chocolate, caramel, nut, fruit, even vegetable. Fans of alcoholic flavors can add cognac or liquor to them. The truffles made by own hands literally melt in a mouth.

Chocolate truffles

Ingredients:

  • Black chocolate - 125 g;
  • Milk chocolate - 125 g;
  • Fatty sour cream - 100 ml;
  • Butter - 50 g;
  • Cocoa - 3 tbsp. L .;
  • Strong coffee - 4 tbsp. L .;
  • Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. L.

Preparation

Milk and black chocolate finely chop and put in a cup. Melt it in a water bath, then lightly cool and stir the sour cream. Allow the mixture to cool completely.

Heat the oil to room temperature and spoon it with coffee spoon. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well. Fill the mass with a foil and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then, with a small spoon, pinching off a small piece of ground, form truffles.

Lay out on three plates cocoa, coffee and powdered sugar. In turn, roll the truffles in all the plates and put in the refrigerator. Homemade sweets are ready!

Caramels

Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 3 cups;
  • glass of water;
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp. L.

Preparation

Cook the sugar until it thickens (when when scraping from a spoon the frozen syrup does not seem to "click", lagging behind). When cooking, syrup is not allowed to interfere!

Next, pour everything onto a greased skillet and cool it down a little.

When you can tolerate the temperature of the syrup with your hands, start stretching the sugar mass. The longer and harder you do it, the more you will get home sweets.

Pull out the caramels from the flagella, cut them and color the beet juice.

Rafaello

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 200 grams;
  • 1 jar of condensed milk;
  • Vanilla sugar or cognac (slightly, to taste);
  • Coconut shavings - 200 grams;
  • Almonds - glass.

Preparation

To prepare a "Raffaello", mash the butter with a fork, preheated to room temperature. Mix it with condensed milk, add cognac (vanillin) and 100 g of coconut shavings. Whisk all this until you get a uniform cream.

For a day, take it to the refrigerator. After the specified time, take out a thickened cream and start to form candies.

A teaspoon take the cream and roll balls out of it, inside of each of which place one almond nut.

Finished sweets pour in the remaining half of the coconut shavings and lay out on a dish or in a beautiful box. So that they do not melt, keep them in the refrigerator.

These home-made sweets "rafaelles" are not too similar to store. They are softer. Therefore, taking them out of the refrigerator, do not hold too long in a hot room - they will begin to melt.

" Beloved "

Ingredients:

Creamy fillings - 1 packet;

Mixture "Baby" or powdered milk (half-packs);

cocoa.

Preparation

Put the ice cream in a bowl, add the milk powder, mix everything thoroughly until the consistency of the dough and divide into as many equal parts as you are going to make the candies.

Roll them into balls and sprinkle cocoa.

Place in the fridge and wait for your homemade sweets to freeze.
