Holiday English salad: recipe

English cuisine gave world culinary delicacies. It has long been famous for its conservative assortment of dishes and high quality products. Most of it is dominated by fresh vegetables, bacon, eggs and chicken. It does not do without different sauces and dressings, which add a piquant taste.

A special attitude of the British to salads, they are served in the afternoon - for lunch or dinner. The composition of snacks are close to Russian cuisine, so the dishes are so fond of our compatriots. We offer to prepare a hearty English salad.

The recipe is classic

This version of the snack is like simplicity and excellent taste. Necessary components: two hundred grams of chicken fillet and champignons, two fresh cucumbers and as many salted. In addition, it will take several pieces of radish, a bunch of parsley, half a head of onions and leaves of Chinese salad (as an ornament). For refueling: a spoonful of lemon juice, light (dietary) mayonnaise, a dessert mustard spoon, a little sugar and salt.

Before you prepare an English salad, you must prepare the meat: bake or boil it, then cut into thin strips. Mushrooms fry until golden brown. Finely chink fresh onions. We cut cucumbers, radish and parsley. All products are mixed.

At the bottom of the plate we put the leaves of the lettuce, we spread a prepared snack filled with a slide, dressed with sauce. Refueling is done in the following way: in mayonnaise, add mustard, a little lemon juice and salt with sugar. If desired, you can put the squeezed garlic and black pepper. The second recipe - with celery

Ingredients: boiled chicken (300 g), celery root (two hundred grams), large salted cucumber, boiled oyster mushrooms or champignons (100 g) and parsley. For the sauce: mayonnaise, mustard and salt.

English salad with celery is prepared in a similar way. All products are cut into cubes or straws and dressed with mayonnaise-mustard dressing. You can experiment with the ingredients, for example, add snacks with your favorite greens, eggs, potatoes or bacon.

Recipe the third - dietary

Suitable for a vegetarian diet. Ingredients: carrots, two sour-sweet apples, three eggs, potatoes (3 pcs.), Onion, dill and parsley. For filling: low-fat sour cream, black pepper, coriander, salt if desired.

Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots, finely chop, carrots rub. Apples are peeled, cut into cubes. We chop onion, parsley and dill. Add sour cream, seasoned with cilantro and spices. This is an original and low-calorie dietary English salad. The recipe is not complicated at all and is relevant for a festive table.

Recipe Four - with pineapple

Ingredients: half a kilo of chicken or turkey fillet, three hundred grams of champignons, canned pineapple (300 g), Bulgarian pepper to taste, mayonnaise, garlic. For decoration: dill, basil.

In the tank, we mix the meat cut into strips, pre-fried mushrooms, pineapples and sweet peppers. Squeeze into a lot of garlic, add the mayonnaise and decorate with greens. To improve the appearance, you can put black olives without pits on an English salad. The recipe is piquant. The combination of sweet pineapple and salted meat gives the dish a unique flavor.
