Freshly squeezed juices - good health
Freshly squeezed juice is an integral part of many diets and a peculiar symbol of a healthy lifestyle. In the stomach this drink is quickly absorbed, almost instantly supplying blood with useful substances. And fruit and vegetable juices affect the body in different ways: the first purify it, removing unnecessary products, and the second restore and saturate with valuable components. In a tandem, they work, if regularly and properly use them.
So it's not for nothing that one of the components of a healthy diet is freshly squeezed juices. The benefits of these drinks are unquestionable: they purify the blood, activate the process of renewal of cells and accelerate the regeneration of tissues. Fruit and vegetable juices enhance the activity of enzymes, normalize the metabolism and favors the assimilation of food, thus providing a general strengthening effect on the body.
If we talk about the concentration of vitamins, few products differ in such indicators as freshly squeezed juices. The benefits are doubly noticeable, since these vitamins are not subjected to heat treatment or the effects of preservatives - they enter the body in its original form.
In addition to vitamins and minerals in juices, there is a whole gamut of useful components. These are salts, enzymes, important amino acids, pectins, organic acids, tannins, plant pigments and even natural antibiotics. And in liquid form, these substances work much more intensively than just when using fruits.
Each juice has a special effect on the body. Pineapple removes gravity in the stomach, grapefruit delivers vitamin C and flavonoids, orange strengthens blood vessels, grape possesses restoring properties, pomegranate improves the function of hematopoiesis. Vegetable juices - beet, carrot, cabbage, pumpkin, tomato - have at least a wide range of properties and can be an excellent aid in the treatment and prevention of a variety of diseases.
With such disorders as sleep disturbance, fatigue, depression, freshly squeezed juices are also very effective. The benefit of their presence in the diet is especially noticeable in the winter and early spring period, when the body is weakened and the risk of beriberi is high.
But there are contra-indications even for such a wonderful product as freshly squeezed juices. Harm and benefit from their use largely depend on the health of each particular organism. Those who suffer from diseases associated with increasing sugar levels should limit the use of these drinks. Also they should not be drunk with peptic ulcers, pancreatitis and gastritis. Pregnant women and young mothers should carefully include freshly squeezed juices in their diet. Harm from abuse of freshens can be manifested in children in the form of allergic reactions and indigestion. In addition, the abundance of sugar and acid in these drinks imposes a negative imprint on the state of tooth enamel, so after them it is desirable to rinse your mouth.
But, despite all these warnings, the diet should still be freshly squeezed juices. The benefit will manifest itself without negative consequences, if you observe the measure and drink fresh from those fruits that exactly fit the body. In the presence of serious diseases it is desirable to clarify with the attending physician what juices should be excluded from the menu. Also it is necessary to remember that freshly squeezed juices are consumed immediately after preparation, otherwise they lose their valuable qualities. An exception is beet juice - it is recommended to defend it for a couple of hours. If everything is done correctly and does not violate the recommendations of doctors and nutritionists, the effect of these wonderful drinks will be uniquely positive.
