Foreign trade of Russia and other countries

Foreign trade is understood as trade between different countries, which consists of the import, export and export of services or goods. In general, foreign trade is carried out through commercial transactions, which are formalized through foreign trade contracts. There was this notion even in ancient states, here foreign trade was connected only with the exchange of any material values.

Development, as well as the existence of foreign trade is characterized by the following points:

- when it is necessary to obtain from abroad cheap goods that are more expensive in the production of their country or in other countries;

- when it is necessary to purchase raw materials and foodstuffs abroad, if it is impossible to obtain this raw material or foodstuffs in one's native country because of various conditions;

- when there is the presence of machine production, which requires capacious markets;

- when there is an opportunity to expand the range of goods and services in demand, and this contributes to the development of foreign trade of various countries.

Foreign trade every year flourishes in different countries, services and goods are becoming more in demand from abroad. That's also the foreign trade of russia is not inferior to any significant country in its condition. In recent years, selling moments have been the most favorable for Russian foreign trade. Only in 2003 foreign economic activities carried out the national economy, developed it and stimulated development. In the main, Russia exports hydrocarbon raw materials - gas, oil, oil products and coal. Also, Russia 's foreign trade is in the export of chemical and metallurgical products, equipment and machinery, food and weapons. Every year, exports are increased by several tens of percent. The same applies to imports, compared to other years, it can be determined that the import of goods and services from abroad to Russia is also increasing in volume. The largest importer is Germany, it is from this country that Russia takes more products.

With regard to foreign trade in services, here there is a purchase and sale of transport and communications, logistics, household and housing services. The services on the world market also include the hotel industry, insurance and financial services, tourism, education and science, various real estate operations and much more.

In general, the foreign trade in services is based on direct contact of the producer and the consumer. Unlike trade in goods, services are produced and consumed simultaneously, they can not be stored. But we can say that foreign trade in services is closely linked to trade in goods, with the movement of labor and with the international movement of capital. The volume and quality of the services rendered depend on success in the external market. International trade in services is simply unthinkable without any banking, transportation and information services.

Many companies in developed countries purchase goods and services in their foreign affiliates. If the service sector in any country is underdeveloped, these services need to be purchased outside of their state. One of the largest exporters in the field of construction and engineering consultancy services is the Republic of Korea, in the field of tourism activities - Mexico, in the field of financial destination - Singapore.

Foreign trade , and especially in those countries where the economy is developed openly, has a great impact on the entire economy, on its general state. There are times when the conditions for the export of goods and services deteriorate, for example, the prices for goods decrease or demand decreases, this can lead to the disintegration of the national production, to a depreciation of the currency, to deterioration of the solvency balance and other negative aspects. This also applies to the deterioration of the terms of imports, for example, the rise in price of goods or services.
