Fazelium honey is considered a premium product. It is obtained from a plant that is rightly considered the most valuable and active honeycomb. Fazelia pizhmolistnaya belongs to the family of the Water-lovers and perfectly coexists in the natural conditions of Southern Russia. This one-year-old green plant with beautiful blue flowers is specially cultivated by beekeepers to produce honey with high taste qualities and medicinal properties.

Of 1 hectare, the phacelia in the apiary can produce up to 1500 kg of monoflancers. The plant blooms 6 days after sowing. That is why it is beginning to be phased out in the beginning of spring and during the summer. Each flower can give up to 5 ml of Perga, which the bees will turn into first-class honey. Insects collect not only nectar, but also pollen from the plant. This honey is often used for feeding bees in the winter.

This honey has a fragrant floral aroma and a tart but pleasant taste. Immediately after its preparation, it is almost transparent and colorless, but eventually acquires a white or light green hue. Due to the high concentration of fructose, honey slowly crystallizes, and it is successfully used in the cold for the wintering of bees. Insects eat with pleasure the product of their own production. After complete crystallization, the facial honey acquires a doughy consistency.

The delicate taste and delicate smell of honey of the phacelia resembles a linden one and is very much appreciated in all its characteristics, therefore it is considered to be of the highest quality. This composition has a beneficial effect on the entire body, increasing its stability and increasing the protective properties of the immune system.

Who should take this honey?

Fazelium honey, whose properties are very impressive, is shown to regular use as a dietary product for patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract: ulcers, gastritis and other inflammatory processes. Sweet medicine copes with such symptoms as heartburn, nausea and dysbiosis. The use of honey is very useful in diseases of the liver. The high content of simple sugars provides increased formation of glycogen, which makes it possible to increase the working capacity of the organ. Also, it is successfully used in the diet in diseases of the kidneys and bile ducts.

Fazelium honey activates the metabolism, helps to increase the outflow of lymphatic fluid, increases the functionality of the brain (improves memory, eliminates absent-mindedness, etc.). It should be used by children and adults with reduced immunity, with constant fatigue or problems with sleep.

Like any other medicine, facial honey has its contraindications for use. Allergic reactions to beekeeping products completely exclude the possibility of its use. Diabetes mellitus is also a contraindication, but in moderate amounts, the consumption of phacelium honey is even possible in such patients. This is a high-calorie product, so it is worth limiting its daily intake to 3-4 tablespoons for an adult.

Fazelium honey and folk recipes

Such honey can be consumed with warm tea, milk or water, preferably before meals or a couple of hours after it. This reception of the product will increase its positive effect on the body. But there are more interesting ways of using it, based on folk recipes:

  • Mix bevel honey (150 g) with ground walnuts (250 g) and aloe juice (50 g). Take with inflammatory diseases of the stomach three times a day for 1 tablespoon before meals.
  • Fazelium honey (100 g) mixed with peppercorn calanchoe juice (20 ml) and 10% alcohol extract of propolis (10 ml) after treatment in a water bath for half an hour is an effective tool for the treatment of chronic gastritis.
