Fast and tasty salads on the shoulder for everyone!

On cold, frosty winter days, we are always looking for something warm, juicy, warming: a variety of meat dishes, chic pastries or other dishes. All this often turns out to be too high-calorie and has a terrible property of being overweight on our beautiful body. But winter is passing, and a warm breeze, sun-warmed earth and light food gradually enter our life. As it is impossible by the way here will be fast and tasty salads: varied, hearty or very light, warm or cold, with dressing or without - all of them deserve special attention.

We must admit that the highlight of this masterpiece is ginger and pine nuts - the combination of tastes causes a real storm of positive emotions!

To get a special warm salad, beautiful and tasty, it can add meat - chicken or turkey fillet.

The original recipe for you can be a stir-fry salad (in translation - "stir-fry"). For its preparation you will need meat and vegetables (mushrooms, sweet peppers) in marinade from soy sauce, garlic and vinegar. All components need to be fried. After cooking the main ingredients (meat and vegetables), sprinkle them with sesame seeds and fry for a few more minutes. Then put on lettuce leaves and serve, sprinkled with green onions.

Fast and delicious salads are obtained from vegetables and cheese (its unique taste adds a special piquancy even to the simplest salads). For example, you can take the following ingredients for salads: cheese, Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, sour cream and garlic. Note that in these salads, you can safely add cauliflower (but in the beginning, it should certainly be boiled).

Agree that every person (even the most distant from cooking) can make good-looking tasty salads: vegetable, meat, even fruit. There is nothing complicated in this, but pleasure and benefit are obvious.

In the summer, pay much attention to your favorite fruits, because there is nothing tastier than the simplest, at first glance, fruit mix, seasoned with natural yoghurt or sour cream! Apples, oranges, pears and berries - all this perfectly fits together, but it's worth listening to your body and its characteristics. A successful addition to the fruit salad will be pomegranate seeds.

Fruits and vegetables are beautiful not only individually, but also together - they can make a wonderful salad, beautiful and tasty. For example, a light salad with a delicious sauce "Pesto": boiled beets, apples, oranges and basil. For refueling, it will be preferable to take walnut oil, but olive oil is also suitable.

Fast and tasty salads can be very simple - for a casual family dinner, and can be really royal!

Salad of beans and tuna your loved ones, most likely, have not tried, and this is an excuse to treat them. For cooking, you need: 1 lemon, slightly more than 0.5 kg of white beans (canned), sliced red chilli, tuna can, parsley, spinach leaves and watercress. As a dressing - a familiar olive oil.

On the vast Internet there are many recipes, each of which promises quick and tasty salads. It's true, but every family and company has their own preferences. Do not forget that you can always change something in the recipe - this will not make it worse. Your imagination, experience and desire are the main ingredients of any dish.
