"Eye of Revival": exercises for rejuvenation

The past century has revealed to us many of the secrets of oriental masters, the secrets of preserving youth and sustaining life force, which were owned and transmitted from generation to generation for thousands of years by monks of Buddhist monasteries. This was due to the fact that many people forgot how to feel nature, to hear the "voice of the source," which, in turn, led to the development of many diseases, and therefore the remaining grains of knowledge were presented to the attention of all mankind.

Simple techniques and techniques for harmonization and strengthening of the human body were widely recognized due to their real effectiveness and demonstrative results. The experience of Tibetan monks, summarized in the so-called "Eye of Revival" complex (exercises in which are simple), is especially relevant for our life.

History of the discovery

As you know, Tibetan masters from ancient times were distinguished by their longevity and preservation of vital energy. However, for a long time their secrets remained under the veil, and only at the beginning of the last century in the book of Peter Kelder (unknown at that time) "The Eye of Revival" (exercises and descriptions to them) part of the secrets was discovered in the form of a set of physical exercises.

This work is presented in the form of an artistic story about the journey of a retired colonel of the British army, Sir Henry Bradford, to the inaccessible mountains of Tibet, where he was discovered the secret of preserving youth or "turning time backwards." "Eye of Revival" (exercises, despite the simplicity, are considered unique) was a reward for an insistent elderly person. Sir Henry was elected from many people who sought the secret of longevity, and was taken to the cloister of the monastery by the messenger.

Technique of rejuvenation

Let's consider what the name of this complex bears, why such words as "eye", "revival" are chosen. 5 Tibetan exercises are based on the training of the body, as a result of which the vortex flows begin to act in full force, and the "third eye" of the person (located just above the head) opens. Our body represents an "energy egg", the main points of which (knees, elbows, pelvic region, chest and head) have rotational centers. If the energy (prana) flows from the ground from the legs to the head without delays (blocks) into space, it thereby opens up such abilities as intuition, self-healing, rejuvenation and so on.

Now consider what the "Eye of Revival" itself is. Exercises of Tibetan monks can be represented in the following form:

  1. Rotational movements clockwise. At the same time, to keep your head spinning, you must choose a fixed point in front of you.
  2. Raising the legs. You need to lie on your back and slightly raise your head, touching your chin to your chest. Hands are located along the trunk.
  3. Tilts of the head (chest) forward and backward. Here you need to kneel (shoulder width). On exhaling, throw your head back, resting your hands on your hips, and when you inhale, bend to the chest.
  4. Exercise "bridge". To do this, you need to sit on the floor (legs straight), resting your hands on the floor, raise your body up, tilting your head back (down).
  5. Exercise "pyramid". To do this, it is necessary to stand in a position where the legs and hands rest on the floor, and the whole body forms an angle (the mountain). At the inspiration to sink to the floor, while the back arches up, the head throws back. On exhalation take the starting position.

Additional Information

"The Eye of Revival" (the exercises of this complex we examined above) has features of implementation that can be represented in the following form:

  • You need to start with three repetitions of each task, after each week this number should be increased by 2.
  • When performing this technique, side effects (detoxification process) may occur, expressed in changes in the body (cloudiness of the color of urine and others). In this case, you can increase the number of repetitions gradually.
  • You need to breathe only through your nose.
  • With a large number of repetitions, the tasks can be divided into two or three stages. The best time for execution is sunset and dawn.
  • Exercise should be done regularly.

This technique will restore the lost energy, get rid of many problems, such as insomnia, poor appetite, headaches, nervous system disorders. Also, these exercises make the body supple and tone up. Spending a few minutes of your time a day, you can significantly improve the quality of your life.
