Fiber stimulates the work of the intestines, which allows you to remove from the body a large number of proteins and fluids. By the way, the diet also implies the use of liquid in large quantities, which dulls the feeling of hunger.

Approximately the menu, which involves an express diet, is different for each of the three days.

Day One is designed to cleanse the body to the maximum. On this day, only allowed to drink freshly squeezed juices from vegetables from fruit, in no case adding sugar, milk or other additives. Mixing of juices is allowed, resulting in the creation of various fresh cocktails. In total, the first day will have to drink a half liter of liquid, and it will be better if it's green tea or plain still water.

The second day is called a milk day. On this day it is allowed to use exclusively dairy products, while paying attention to their fat content. Approximate volumes of food can be, for example, the following: a half-kilo of cottage cheese with the least high percentage of fat and one and a half liter of skimmed yogurt. At the same time, the frequency of food intake should be at least five to six times a day. You can drink liquids as much as you want, while remembering that the best assimilation is in green tea. Unlike black, it does not contain caffeine.

On the third day the express diet means consumption of fresh vegetables, more precisely, salads from them. The volumes are limited - in a day you can eat no more than one and a half kilograms of cabbage salad, any leafy vegetables that have green color, and various kinds of greens. Salad can only be salted with vegetable oil, best of all - olive.

This diet includes an express diet. 3 days - and your figure will return to normal, because the results of this technique are really significant. It is necessary to get out of this unloading diet gradually, best within two or three weeks, adding to the menu products not all at once and those that you want, but slowly, gradually and exclusively low-calorie.

For those who dream of significantly losing weight, express diet is also suitable. Firstly, it allows to start well, having thrown several kilos at once in three days. And secondly, she can prepare the body for the tests that can be expected in the future - more gentle and mild diets, which, among other things, will seem very easy after the express diet. And some use such a diet as a discharge during the course of weight loss.

In any case, you need to remember one thing: express diet does not apply to those on which you can sit for a long time. Due to a limited diet, some of the substances necessary to him do not enter the body, and therefore more than three (maximum four) days, such a diet is not recommended.
