Exposure - is the amount of light that hit the matrix

The camera is similar in principle to the eye of a living being. In fact, we see the objects of the environment as they are, thanks to the reflected light that has fallen on the retina of the eye. Similarly, any camera works. Light, reflected from the object, falls on a photosensitive element - a film or a digital matrix, resulting in an image print.

Exposure - this is the amount of light taken by the camera's matrix. The overexposed image will look too bright, underexposed - dark. Just like the human eye can be adjusted to reduce or increase the illumination, the camera can be adjusted to certain environmental conditions. In order to make the photo look normal, all the details were clearly visible on it, the camera needs to be adjusted accordingly - to reduce or increase the lens aperture or shutter speed.

So, in fact, the correct exposure is, first of all, the ability to tune the camera in such a way that the photo was harmonious with respect to the combination of shadows and light. For example, if you decided to increase the aperture of the lens in order to get a clearer image in the dark, you will probably have to reduce the shutter speed, that is, the time the shutter is released.

There is also such a thing as a double exposure. In this case, two images are superimposed on the photo in certain angles. This method is most often used in artistic photography to create original photographs. The image with a double exposure looks approximately like a street through a window, in the glass of which objects of furniture are reflected. This is a very interesting method, often used by professional photographers.

Modern digital technology can greatly facilitate the work of the master. Since the exposure is nothing more than the degree of presence of shadows and lights on the photo, in the RAV format image it is very easy to fix pictures that are not too high in terms of exposure after the shooting. Cameras are available in which there is a function that makes it quite easy. In addition, the same result can be achieved using various computer programs, the most popular of which is Photoshop.

Exposition in photography is very important. The artistic value of the image depends not only on the correctly chosen plot, but on the clarity of the photo and the visibility of all its details. Therefore, any photographer should be able to properly configure the camera and work with the final image on the computer. Modern cameras, even digital ones, provide for the performance of beautiful clear photos all the possibilities.

Often, except for the correct color solution, exposure is exactly what determines the quality of the photo. Even if this is an ordinary amateur photo for a family album, the photo should not be overexposed or underexposed. This can be achieved even if you use a conventional modern digital soap box.
