Educational standards and the model of after-hour activities for GEF

The Russian government decided in 2005 that it is necessary to transfer the educational system to a new level, the so-called second generation. The Russian Academy of Education assumed responsibility for the execution of this assignment. When developing new standards, new principles were taken into account, which the modern educational system must meet.

In fact, we can consider the new educational standard as a social order of a society that needs certain specialists and a level of knowledge, including taking into account new requirements. The team of specialists is working on the implementation of this order.

The education of children includes several aspects, it can be said that modern goals are the comprehensive development of the child, taking into account new requirements and knowledge. Because of this, some accents in learning can shift. The upbringing and education of the child falls not only on the shoulders of teachers and occurs not only in school, parents also bear a huge responsibility for this. For these purposes, a model of extracurricular activities for GEF was invented. In this case, GEF is a federal state educational standard.

The authors of the concept developed initially said that it is necessary to establish a dialogue with the society, and later - parents and the school should also establish certain forms of interaction in order to achieve their goals together. The same purpose is served by the model of after-hour activities in GEF, which involves the creation of certain conditions and the organization of free time for students, and parents should help in this.

Extracurricular Activities

Creating a model for after-hour activities in the GEF, it was necessary to take into account all the factors that could affect it, both objective and purely subjective. In particular, it is necessary to take into account the territorial location of a school or other educational institution, the provision of a specific district with institutions capable of providing the necessary leisure and extra-curricular activities of students. Including it can be and additional education at school.

In many cases, the provision on after-hour activities of GEF calls for taking into account specific factors when creating its own model directly in the schools themselves. As for the schools themselves, the model of after-hour activities for GEF involves not only the creation of a certain program of education in primary and secondary schools, but also the provision of specific technical and material conditions. For example, it may be conditions for sports and physical education, as well as additional clubs, united by interests, etc.

In other words, the out-of-school activities for GEF should create a unified system that allows organizing activities at different levels. In this regard, different institutions need to integrate with each other to achieve common goals.

Choice of the model after-hour activity

Of course, when working, it is necessary to take into account the age characteristics of children, since the goals and tasks, and most importantly, the methods of achievement will change. Nevertheless, at each stage the system must remain single and complete, and it must include everything from school teachers to parents.

Each model, beginning with the preschool and ending with the model for the senior grades, must be successive so that there will be no breaks at every stage of the child's growing up and upbringing. At the same time, there is no need to exclude the opportunities under which he will be able to try out different types of extracurricular activities and, perhaps, choose the one that will please him. Only such a model can effectively work and take into account the requirements of the state in the modern world.
