This wine is low-alcohol, but very tasty. It is perfect for almost any dish. Homemade apple wine is considered dessert. However, many connoisseurs of alcohol claim that it perfectly combines with fish, meat and all snacks, including a variety of salads.

The production of wine from apples requires a considerable amount of time. After all, alcohol must necessarily brew and wander. You will need the following components: take 10 kilograms of apples, 400 ml of boiled water, a couple of kilograms of sugar and a few raisins of dark varieties (200 g).

Fruits thoroughly rinse and scrape. Do not allow the use of sick and rotten apples! This will negatively affect the taste of the finished wine. Remove the internal partitions, films and the whole core from the fruit together with the seeds. Be sure to clean the stems. Wine from apples, the recipe of which is described in this article, will be a little easier if you use an electric juicer. Pass through it cut into pieces of fruit, and the resulting nectar pour into a separate dry container.

Next, we will talk about preparing wort. To do this, 1 kg of sugar dissolve in a small amount of juice. Once all the grains have disappeared, gently add the remaining fruit liquid. On such components, wine from apples (the recipe, as you can see, does not contain any extraneous "chemistry") will turn out to be incredibly tasty and sweet. Pour the leaven into the must. Tightly seal the container and put it for about 5 days in some poorly lit room. After the time has expired, put a rubber glove on the neck of the bottle with a small puncture. When it is blown off, the fermentation process can be considered complete.

Gently pour the almost ready-made wine from apples (the recipe does not provide for filtering at this stage) to another bowl. Allow the product to stand for about a month and a half. The liquid should become lighter and more transparent. At the bottom of the bottle will remain a light precipitate. This is pulp and yeast. They must be separated from wine. To do this, strain the liquid through the cheesecloth. Wine bottled. It is stored home alcohol about six months.
