Pour the peppers with juice and boil the jars (20 minutes with a volume of 0.5 liters and 30 minutes with a liter). Roll the cans, turn over and leave to cool for a day. The quantity of products is taken arbitrarily, the main thing is that tomatoes should be enough.

Peppers "Beloved"

Cook the juice for half an hour, taking off the foam. Cut the pepper into quarters and pour into the next pour and boil for 15 minutes. Grind 2 heads of garlic. When the vegetables are ready, remove from heat, report the garlic, pour a tablespoon of vinegar essence, mix. Hot canned food at once pack on warm sterile cans and roll up. Lecho "Sunny"

And finally one more excellent recipe of canned goods from sweet pepper - lecho, received such a beautiful name due to its bright color. That's why it requires yellow, orange and red pepper for it. For one approach of preservation there are 30-35 pieces. Luke needs 10 heads, and tomatoes - 12-15 pieces. Another garlic - 2.5 heads, a pod of hot pepper. In the filling is used 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, as much salt, 150-200 g of sugar, 100 grams of vinegar. Onions, tomatoes, garlic and chili pepper chop on a meat grinder. Bulgarian pepper chop large strips. Mix all ingredients and braise for 40-45 minutes. Pack the lecho hot and roll it into boiled jars. Turn over, wrap it. The next day, send the twist to storage.
